1. Contract of Sale
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with the details of your order. The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. Any products from the order, not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the Dispatch Confirmation email, have not been purchased and paid for. The ownership remains with Handigift until the complete payment of the order has been made.
2. Prices & Availability
All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£). Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery charges which are added to your order at checkout. Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the incorrectly priced item as cancelled. All displayed products are subject to availability - we do display real time stock information on our website.
3. Delivery Charges
All items are shipped from London, United Kingdom. Delivery charges are weight based for the UK and flat rate for international orders.
From 80p and up for UK orders based on Royal Mail's large letter rates.
From £3.99 for UK orders with tracking number.
£5.50 for the rest of the world - based on Royal Mail's International Economy rate for parcels 250g and below.
£12.50 for the rest of the world - with tracking number and signed for (based on Royal Mail's International rate for parcels 250g and below.
UK Orders are shipped using the Royal Mail and courier Hermes, international orders are posted via Royal Mail. Unless you’re having an item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within six working days, and often much sooner. Details of normal delivery times are often added in product pages and we will let you know when we aim to dispatch your items once we receive your order. If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please get in touch with us directly. You can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens we will let you know and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Once your order is on its way, we will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received for your order before it is dispatched. While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.
You have 28 days to notify us if you want to cancel your order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day you received the ordered goods. This applies only to cancelable goods. Please have a look below to see what isn't cancelable.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
6. Display on the Website
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. All products are sold as one piece and the price displayed is for one unit, unless otherwise stated in the product name that the product is a set and contains multiple pieces.
We are committed to protecting your privacy, as such we will only ever use the information we collect from you to fulfil your order and enable us to provide the best service possible. When you buy goods from us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and credit/debit card details.
We keep a record of some information so that we can recognise you as a registered customer and fulfil your orders as efficiently as possible. We do not keep a record of your credit card details. It is your responsibility to keep your account password secret and ensure the password is encrypted, by combining lower and upper case letters along with a number/s. You may change your password at any time in your account options.
We do not collect your personal information for newsletters and mailing lists, we do not send mail-shots.
We will never pass your details on to third parties.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
What you can't send back?
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
